Firewall

We have prepared some documentation that you can take to the team who configure the Firewall, as they may be blocking the ports that we use to stream the data. You’ll find it directly here below:

Procedure:

1. Open this link in a web browser: https://d3pq71txhb.execute-api.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/health

   • You should see the following code: 200

2. If you get anything else, please tell IT: Make sure that the following URLs are not blocked and resolve correctly:

   • wss://wpcg36nil5.execute-api.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/v1 -> WebSocket (80 TCP, 443 TCP)
   • https://d3pq71txhb.execute-api.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com -> HTTPS (443 TCP)
