Cleaning

The IDUN Guardian 3 and especially the Eartips should be cleaned after every use.

Cleaning

It is recommended to clean the Eartips and Wings after every use with isopropyl alcohol wipes to remove any debris and disinfect the sensors in case the device is used by multiple users. Removing built-up earwax or sebum will have a positive effect on signal quality.

All other components can be wiped with isopropyl alcohol wipes or a soft cloth.

Inspection

Once all components have been cleaned and disinfected, they should be visually inspected for any signs of remaining dirt. If the components appear dirty, repeat cleaning as described above until clean.

Ensure all components are completely dry before repackaging or storing.

Visually inspect for signs of damage, for example, cracks or loose connectors in the plastic enclosures. Do not re-package or re-use components that are showing signs of damage.

In case of damage

• Do not handle or use the device if it shows signs of damage, degradation, or contamination as this may result in electric shock, fire, and/or injury.
• If the device malfunctions or shows signs of damage, the user should reach out to the IDUN Technologies support team at support@iduntechnologies.com.

Important!

• Do not put the device or its components in contact with water, wear the device in the shower, touch the device with wet or sweaty hands, or expose the device to situations where the device may get soaked in any liquid.
